Restaurant/Places to Eat in Merrion Row Hotel and Public House
Bathroom in Merrion Row Hotel and Public House
Living room, Seating Area in Merrion Row Hotel and Public House
This is the perfect small boutique hotel and home away from home. The room that we had was small, typical size of Manhattan hotel, but it is beautifully finished and with a large and stylish bathroom. the bed is extremely comfortable and the sheets and pillows are all high quality. The public space in the hotel is beautifully decorated with carefully selected art works. My daughter and I loved the breakfast at the hotel. Unlike a typical hotel breakfast, the quality of the food in the restaurant at Merrion Row is really really good. We did not need to go out to find places for brunch. The restaurant has a room with gloss roof top that allows the sunlight to come in and having breakfast in that room is one of the most relaxing time of the day. On top of all these, the most amazing experience at Merrion Row is the service and warmth from all the staff. Hotels in New York City have seen way too many travelers and visitors and often times, one can’t remember where one stayed the last time and what happened during the stay. But we will definitely remember Shona our manager, Sebastian the waiter for breakfast, and the attention they have given to us. We will definitely be back.

We arrived early and our room was made ready for us without having to wait. All the staff members, from the front desk to the bar and restaurant area, were always ensuring our satisfaction throughout the stay. The room was plenty big for me and my teenage daughter’s stay (lots of luggage). The bathroom was huge as far as hotel bathrooms. Refrigerator was requested before arrival and was ready in the room when we got there. Breakfast was delicious and the cappuccino was my favorite. After a long day of walking the city, we arrived back at the hotel when the bar was closing, and yet, they took the time to let us purchase our beverages (including a much-needed, delicious glass of Pinot noir) and bring up to the room.

SOOOO Clean! Tucked away in busy Times Square, this place is a TRUE gem! With only 28 rooms, it feels cozy, personal, elegant, and all of the details are perfect. I could not find a single thing wrong with this lovely oasis. The owners are welcoming, the staff is courteous and friendly, and the entire building smells AMAZING (it's Irish moss, apparently). Our King size bed was very, very comfortable. The room was SPOTLESS and spacious for NYC standards, and all of the details were perfect. The $25 resort fee can be used at the restaurant downstairs. Our breakfast was delicious!

What an amazing place. Stayed in The deluxe King suite with my 3 older teenagers. Was room enough for all of us. Amenities were fabulous. Air con, large TV, WiFi etc. Staff were friendly & helpful. Location was fantastic, just up the road from Times Square & couldn't hear any noise at night. Hotel was clean, trendy & food was great. Housekeeping came daily too. Lovely homely feel. Will definitely stay here again. 10 out of 10.

The room was beautiful and clean and cozy. Loved the bed...so comfy and had a great big TV. Bathroom was super cute! The lobby and bar were fabulous. Sean the bartender from Ireland was super helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. Loved the lemon ricotta pancakes for breakfast and awesome cappuccinos! Awesome location! We had a very wonderful stay.
