2 adults with a child was just fitted. Plenty of usb chargers at the bedsides. Good to store luggages under the bed space. Daily new towels ( every 3 days of bedding changes). Daily 2 bottles of water service with no charges. Daily $25 dollars of breakfast or lunch or dinner coupons. Hair + body shampoo , conditioner, bar soap, body lotion, hand bar soap. Not attached in wall powerful hair driers Nice breakfast menus- I tasted most of it, ham and cheese, croissant sandwich are good. 2 minutes to time square. Theaters around, if you are lucky, can be meet actors when you are going back to hotel at evening. I met the Harry Potter. Right next to the hotel, you can buy ready fruits Lovely receptionist- especially the one who checked in for me ( she is super fantastic!) Lovely restaurants services- thank you Sebastian and the one from Ireland. Thanks for the room service guy who found low pillow for child. Stayed 7nights, any single time ever had problem of lift. * Choose the hotel that the one with great customer services, instead facilities, especially in NY. * I wrote long to help others, it was hard to find good one for me… so I know the struggles. Good luck to all!

The location cannot be beat! 2 blocks from Times Square, 12 minutes from Empire State Bldg, we walked to both of our Broadway theaters. They are doing some construction on the street below so there is some noise, but being in the heart of NYC you can expect some- it wasn’t too bad. Generally it was quiet. There isn’t really a lobby- just a person sitting at a stand with a laptop. We were greeted with a smile when we arrived- very pleasant. Our room was on the second floor- we took the very small elevator up because our luggage was so large and heavy. Our room was a decent size for NY. We had a double room- the beds looked like Murphy beds with the stowage unit built into the wall. Regardless, they were both comfortable and we slept very well. The bathroom shower was incredible. It took a while to heat up but the pressure was fantastic. There wasn’t a vent in the bathroom so the stream from the shower was a bit overwhelming, had to open the bathroom door to let it cool off. AC worked great- no compliments, it was quiet so we didn’t have any noise with the unit. We did eat in the restaurant twice - the back dining room was very charming and the food was good.

Lovely clean and comfortable room. Surprisingly quiet at night given location just off of Times Square. I calm oasis in the midst of it all. Wonderful restaurant and bar with friendly and helpful staff. We loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone. Another nice touch was giving us back the city tax of $25 a night in vouchers to spend at the bar and restaurant. Gave us an excuse for a pre dinner cocktail. So nice to stay in a smaller hotel like this than a larger less personal one. Thoroughly enjoyed.

room 401. took the stairs. we were out late after shows and slept late- very cozy. Black out curtains! Had some pre-show drinks at the bar and one room service breakfast. Menu looked good but didn't dive in this trip.... super cool. awesome location. decided not to spend all our money on a big name chain Hotel! where we usually stay......we're HOOKED after this trip. We visit NYC a couple times a year and will be back! We booked it because of the positive online reviews we read.....couldn't agree more!

Great Irish hospitality. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Fittings and furnishings everywhere were beautiful. Beds and pillows were superb. Only 3 floors so a small hotel with good personal attention. Rooms cleaned and towels changed every day. Location for us was perfect. The hotel is next to Irish pubs and only 50 metres to Times Square. Subways were close by. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you Shona and staff, you all were so lovely.
